		<description>I believe there are two decision drivers, fear and greed.  Fear is the majority driver for most people.  Having said that one big win will usually cause anyone to believe that they knew what they were doing to get that win and that is the crux of over confidence. Humility really is the key, but the downside is to become too defensive and too cautious with investments.</description>
